- We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged products while shipping. However we will ensure that your orders are in perfect condition before shipping them out. We will also bubble-wrap all decks before sending them out to prevent any damages while shipping.
- All products bought are non-refundable.
- Cash on Delivery locations include all MRT and LRT stations.
- All orders that are sent out via postage require full payment before the decks are sent out.
- All orders that are sent out via postage should arrive within one week. If you have not received your order within one week please contact us immediately.
- Postage within Singapore will be free of charge. However, if the buyer is from another country then he/she will have to pay the delivery charge themselves.
- An extra charge of $3.00 will have to be paid if you want your orders to be sent via registered mail. (Singpost Only)
- Changes to any in-stock order can be made at any time and for as many times before the order is sent out. However, changes to Back Order items can only be changed before we send in the order to our suppliers.
- Orders taken from the Back Order List will take a minimum of one week to arrive and requires the buyer to pay 50% before the order is sent to our supplier. The remaining 50% will be paid when we've received the stock from our suppliers. A full refund will be given if there are problems with the order.
